- TIP: The Universal Top 3 things that matter MOST to MOST people: (1) Family/Home (2) Relationships (3) Health
- Identify 2-3 GREATEST moments that matter and ELEVATE these moments
- Do something SO MEMORABLE so that you rise above the ‘everyday’
- DELIGHT & SUPRISE
- INSIGHTS. What Insights can you leverage? If 4-7 is when most families are online, then make your 4-7 content match!
- What matters them THEM? That SHOULD matter to you!
- What can you do DIFFERENTLY to demonstrate PRIDE IN YOUR SERVICE? And maintain ‘memorability’ even they choose another Broker over you?
- How can you DEMONSTRATE “Give before you Get” Values and Ethics?
- The communication connection hierarchy:
- 5-Star = Hand-written Note, postage stamp, “snail mail”
- 4-Star = Phone Call. Not home? Leave a recorded message. Make it amazing!
- 3-Star = T=Text Message. Make it amazing? Make them Smile!
- 2-Star = Email
- 1-Star = Why bother? I don’t have the time! Far too busy !!
